Description

Steam (wok), fry or add to salads. Pak choi leaves are slightly bitter; can be prepared in the same fashion as chard or fresh spinach. The bright stems can be used too.

Pak choi is easily cultivated, flourishes within 8-10 weeks and prefers humidity. Hoe the soil bed regularly. A healthy dose of water and fertilizer are necessary due to the cabbage’s rapid development. Sprinkle with water on dry days to retain moisture. Multiple harvests possible: cut above the vegetation apex.
